Bantam chicken don't care. @christinabernales captured this spunky fowl named Ruby making *strong* eye contact in New Hampshire. Christina has wonderful advice regarding transitioning into film from digital: "This was my first shoot using only film. I've been slowly incorporating 35mm and medium format film into my wedding workflow over the past year, and the results have been incredible. It's helped me transform my business and brand. It's inspiring and extremely enjoyable to use a different medium. If I had one piece of advice for someone thinking about diving into film, I'd say, start with 35mm. I've been truly loving the results I get from my Canon 1V film camera. It allows me to use my existing Canon lenses and, oftentimes, I can't tell the difference between those files and the ones from my Contax. I owned the Contax for about 4 years and it wasn't until I purchased the 1V that I've really been able to really learn how to shoot film. It's a seamless transition between my DSLR and the 1V when I'm on shoots. Can't recommend it enough!"
