It may be spring, but this winter-wonderland beauty has stolen our attention! Amazing capture by @jessicarosephoto in Red Heather Meadows, British Columbia.
"Photography, like life, requires a willingness to adapt and work with what is around us. Weather changes, light shifts, and sometimes (like we did) you hike for hours to find a mountaintop view only to arrive to such thick falling snow that the much sought after mountains can't be seen. These situations have taught me that as the photographer I can't always control every aspect of my art, but I CAN learn to let go of what I thought it should look like, and open my eyes to finding and capturing the beauty exactly where I am, with what I have. Each time I've done that, I've been amazed at the beauty I find and am inspired all over again." — Jessica Rose Smith
