We've been busy in the background over the last six weeks preparing to make some changes, the biggest and most immediate of which, is how we deliver finished scans once an order is complete.
This isn't a change that we take lightly, but in the interest of quality service for everyone, we believe it to be the best move. Over the past six weeks have received an increasing number of calls related to not being able to access finished work, whether through broken links or even seemingly missing files. We checked into each and every issue and talked with the support team on the old delivery system. After more hours than we can count, no resolution to any of our issues was reached, which left us with no choice but to find a new platform—it's not what we wanted to do, we really like how the old platform works, but it is what we need to do.
As we look ahead, we see new possibilities that the new platform, powered by Box.com, will offer.
To download orders in the future, we have made it as simple as possible. From the link in the order completed you will be taken to a webpage that looks something like what's below. Just click the "Download" button (outlined in red).
After clicking the "Download" button, a new dialog box will pop up. Click the "Okay" button (outlined in red) to start the download of your images.
When the download completes, you should find a new .zip file in your default downloads directory.
